Beer Cheese
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces cream cheese
- 4 Cups Sharp Cheddar shredded
- 12 Ounces Guinness beer
- Fresh chives for garnish
- Pretzel bites for serving
Instructions
- Combine cheeses and beer and heat thoroughly (in microwave or crockpot).
- Serve with pretzel bites.
