Easy Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 6 baking potatoes medium size, unpeeled and cubed
  • ¼ cup margarine
  • 1 ounce dry onion soup mix (1 envelope)
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Scrub potatoes and cube or chunk. Place in lightly greased baking dish. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Stir mixture and bake additional 30 minutes or until potatoes fork tender. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and green onions
