Lemonade Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 lb margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 6 oz frozen lemonade (thawed undiluted)
- 2 ¼ tsp baking soda
- 5 ¾ cups flour
Glaze:
- 3.5 oz lemon Jell-O gelatin
- 2 Tbs margarine melted
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs.
- Combine flour and baking soda. Stir into mixture alternately with lemonade.
- Chill dough before scooping for baking.
- Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 18 minutes turning halfway through.
- Glaze cookies while still warm.
- Enough glaze for 2 batches of cookies.
