Soda Cracker Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- ½ cup margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ lb soda crackers crushed finely
Instructions
- Combine sugar, milk, margarine and vanilla in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter; stir until melted. Stir in cracker crumbs. Mix well.
- Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper. Cool.
