Vegetable Pizza #2

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • .4 ounce buttermilk dressing mix (1 envelope)
  • vegetables
  • cheese (of your choice)

Instructions
 

  • Pat the crescent roll dough to 1/4-inch thick in a 11x13-inch pan.  Bake in 375o oven for 10-12 minutes.  Cool.
  • In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until smooth.  Spread on top of cooled crust.
  • Top with chopped or sliced vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, carrots, celery, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, possibly lettuce.  Any vegetables you'd like.
  • Also, chopped ham or bacon is good on top.  Top with shredded cheddar cheese or a cheese of your choice.  Slice into small squares.
