Pat the crescent roll dough to 1/4-inch thick in a 11x13-inch pan. Bake in 375o oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool.
In medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until smooth. Spread on top of cooled crust.
Top with chopped or sliced vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, carrots, celery, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, possibly lettuce. Any vegetables you'd like.
Also, chopped ham or bacon is good on top. Top with shredded cheddar cheese or a cheese of your choice. Slice into small squares.
