Corn Bread Casserole 1 Jiffy Corn Bread Mix8 tbsp butter (melted)4 ounces sour cream4 ounces cream cheese (softened)1 can cream style corn1 can regular corn (drained) Mix all ingredients together. Put in ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 375°F for 50 minutes, uncovered, or until brown on top.
