Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- pinch salt
- 4 medium ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 6 Tbs sweet milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mash bananas to sloppy pulp.
- Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
- Add vanilla and milk.
- Add dry ingredients, then bananas. Mix well.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Notes
Cream cheese icing is good on this cake.
