Banana Cake

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch salt
  • 4 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 Tbs sweet milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Mash bananas to sloppy pulp.
  • Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
  • Add vanilla and milk.
  • Add dry ingredients, then bananas. Mix well.
  • Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Notes

Cream cheese icing is good on this cake.
