Cantonese Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Uncle Ben's Wild Rice (not instant)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces canned mushrooms
- ½ cup golden mushroom soup
- 1 can fancy oriental vegetables drained
- 1 can water (from soup can)
- 6 thick-cut pork chops
- soy sauce
- pepper
Instructions
- Put rice, seasoning mix (comes with rice), cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, vegetables, and water in 9x13-inch casserole.
- Place pork chops on top of rice mixture and season with soy sauce and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake in 350o oven for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 45 minutes to 1 hour. Last half-hour put on 1/2 cup of golden mushroom soup.
