Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- ½ can Rotel peppers and tomatoes
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 cup ham chopped
- ½ cup carrots chopped
- ¼ cup onions chopped
- ½ cup celery chopped
Instructions
- Melt cheese in double boiler for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
- Add 1/2 can of Rotel and add all other chopped ingredients.
- Stir well.
- If fondue is too thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk.
- Serve hot with bread and crackers. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
