Cheese Fondue

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • ½ can Rotel peppers and tomatoes
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 cup ham chopped
  • ½ cup carrots chopped
  • ¼ cup onions chopped
  • ½ cup celery chopped

Instructions

  • Melt cheese in double boiler for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add 1/2 can of Rotel and add all other chopped ingredients.
  • Stir well.
  • If fondue is too thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk.
  • Serve hot with bread and crackers. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
