Cheesy Apples
Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
- ¾ cup flour
- 20 ounces canned sliced apples unflavored and drained
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add Velveeta and flour and mix until smooth.
- Place sliced apples in a buttered 1½ quart casserole dish. Spread cheese mixture over the apples.
- Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
Notes
Cheese mixture should be browning and not look raw.
