Cheesy Apples

Ingredients 

  • 8 tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • ¾ cup flour
  • 20 ounces canned sliced apples unflavored and drained

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugar. Add Velveeta and flour and mix until smooth.
  • Place sliced apples in a buttered 1½ quart casserole dish. Spread cheese mixture over the apples.
  • Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.

Notes

Cheese mixture should be browning and not look raw.
