Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeño Ranch Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces chopped jalapeños canned, undrained
  • 4 ounces chopped green chiles canned, undrained
  • cup cilantro
  • 2 ½ ounces dry ranch dressing mix
  • ½ teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ¼ cup Cotija cheese crumbled
  • 6 ounces Velveeta Queso Blanco or white American cheese

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate to thicken.
