Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeño Ranch Dip

- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 4 ounces chopped jalapeños canned, undrained
- 4 ounces chopped green chiles canned, undrained
- ⅓ cup cilantro
- 2 ½ ounces dry ranch dressing mix
- ½ teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 lime juiced
- ¼ cup Cotija cheese crumbled
- 6 ounces Velveeta Queso Blanco or white American cheese
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate to thicken.
