Crab Rangoon
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ tsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup crab meat shredded and well drained
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs water
- oil for deep frying
Instructions
- In medium bowl cream together cream cheese, garlic and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Stir in crab.
- Beat egg with water.
- Place tablespoon of crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.
- Brush egg mixture on edge of wrapper. Pinch corners together and then bring to meet in center, pinching to seal. Continue until all mixture is used.
- Deep-fry in hot (375°) oil two to three at a time until browned.
