Ingredients 

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup crab meat shredded and well drained
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbs water
  • oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • In medium bowl cream together cream cheese, garlic and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  • Stir in crab.
  • Beat egg with water.
  • Place tablespoon of crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.
  • Brush egg mixture on edge of wrapper. Pinch corners together and then bring to meet in center, pinching to seal. Continue until all mixture is used.
  • Deep-fry in hot (375°) oil two to three at a time until browned.
