Crab Rangoon

- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ tsp worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup crab meat shredded and well drained
- 30 wonton wrappers
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbs water
- oil for deep frying
In medium bowl cream together cream cheese, garlic and worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Stir in crab.
Beat egg with water.
Place tablespoon of crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.
Brush egg mixture on edge of wrapper. Pinch corners together and then bring to meet in center, pinching to seal. Continue until all mixture is used.
Deep-fry in hot (375°) oil two to three at a time until browned.
