Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped raw cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ pint whipping cream (or 8 ounce tub Cool Whip)
- 12 ounces miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
Instructions
- Mix cranberries and sugar and let stand 2 hours in refrigerator. Whip cream; add marshmallows and let stand 2 hours in refrigerator. After two hours, mix cranberries and marshmallows together. Add crushed pineapple. Let stand in refrigerator overnight before serving.
