Curried Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
- 4 ounces water chestnuts drained and sliced
- 1 lb seedless grapes halved
- 2 cups sliced celery
- 1 ¼ cups sliced almonds
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and 3/4 cup almonds.
- Mix remaining ingredients together, then add to chicken mixture; toss well.
- Chill and serve, topped with remaining almonds.
