Ingredients 

  • 4 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 4 ounces water chestnuts drained and sliced
  • 1 lb seedless grapes halved
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 1 ¼ cups sliced almonds
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice

Instructions

  • Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and 3/4 cup almonds.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together, then add to chicken mixture; toss well.
  • Chill and serve, topped with remaining almonds.
