Ingredients
  

  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 lbs flank steak cut in strips
  • 2 large white onions cut in quarters
  • 2 bell peppers cut in strips
  • 1 pkg Schillings Meat Marinade
  • 1 lb colby cheese grated
  • 1 large can refried beans heated
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups picante sauce
  • 1 large head lettuce shredded
  • 4 tomatoes chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prepare meat marinade according to package directions.
  • Marinate steak strips, onions, peppers in marinade overnight.
  • Braise fajita mixture over high heat in one tablespoon oil just until vegetables are tender-crisp and meat is medium-well done.
  • Heat flour tortillas and cover with cloth.
  • Place small amount of mixture on tortilla and garnish with cheese, beans, sour cream, picante sauce, lettuce and tomatoes to taste.
