Fajitas
Ingredients
- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 lbs flank steak cut in strips
- 2 large white onions cut in quarters
- 2 bell peppers cut in strips
- 1 pkg Schillings Meat Marinade
- 1 lb colby cheese grated
- 1 large can refried beans heated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups picante sauce
- 1 large head lettuce shredded
- 4 tomatoes chopped
Instructions
- Prepare meat marinade according to package directions.
- Marinate steak strips, onions, peppers in marinade overnight.
- Braise fajita mixture over high heat in one tablespoon oil just until vegetables are tender-crisp and meat is medium-well done.
- Heat flour tortillas and cover with cloth.
- Place small amount of mixture on tortilla and garnish with cheese, beans, sour cream, picante sauce, lettuce and tomatoes to taste.
