- 12 flour tortillas
- 2 lbs flank steak cut in strips
- 2 large white onions cut in quarters
- 2 bell peppers cut in strips
- 1 pkg Schillings Meat Marinade
- 1 lb colby cheese grated
- 1 large can refried beans heated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups picante sauce
- 1 large head lettuce shredded
- 4 tomatoes chopped
Prepare meat marinade according to package directions.
Marinate steak strips, onions, peppers in marinade overnight.
Braise fajita mixture over high heat in one tablespoon oil just until vegetables are tender-crisp and meat is medium-well done.
Heat flour tortillas and cover with cloth.
Place small amount of mixture on tortilla and garnish with cheese, beans, sour cream, picante sauce, lettuce and tomatoes to taste.
