Golden Potato Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes peeled
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine melted
  • ½ cup corn flake crumbs (or more)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbs butter or margarine (or more)

Instructions
 

  • Slice peeled potato in half. Cut each half in 3-4 long wedges. Dip wedges in melted butter, then in corn flake crumbs. Line shallow baking dish with aluminum foil. Place wedges in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Bake at 400° until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
