Gooey Butter Cake
Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick melted butter
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 16 ounces powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and butter. Spread in greased 9x13-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 2 eggs, then powdered sugar. Spread on top of cake mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
