Instant White Sauce

Course Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ cups powdered milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup margarine

Instructions
 

  • Combine first 4 ingredients.
  • Cut in margarine until crumbly.
  • Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
  • To use, add 1 cup boiling water to 1/2 cup mix. Cook until thick. Remove and add cheese if desired.
