Instant White Sauce

- 2 ½ cups powdered milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 cup margarine
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Store in covered jar in refrigerator.
To use, add 1 cup boiling water to 1/2 cup mix. Cook until thick. Remove and add cheese if desired.
