Macadamia Nut Crab Puff

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz crab meat drained
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 oz cream cheese cut into 1/4- inch cubes
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 3 ½ ounces Bits O'Macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Lightly grease a 9-inch square casserole dish.
  • Mix together crab, both cheeses and onions in casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle macadamia nuts over mixture.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; beat with a hand mixer for 1 minute. Pour into casserole dish.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
