Macadamia Nut Crab Puff
Ingredients
- 6 oz crab meat drained
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup mild cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 eggs
- 3 oz cream cheese cut into 1/4- inch cubes
- ¾ tsp salt
- 3 ½ ounces Bits O'Macadamia nuts
- 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
- ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch square casserole dish.
- Mix together crab, both cheeses and onions in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle macadamia nuts over mixture.
- Combine remaining ingredients; beat with a hand mixer for 1 minute. Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
