Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs hamburger
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 14 oz bottle of ketchup
  • 14 oz water
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix together hamburger, rice, onion, pepper, egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs.
  • Shape into balls and place in a large baking dish.
  • Mix ketchup with water and brown sugar.
  • Heat in a pan on top of stove until sugar dissolves, then pour over the meatballs.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
