Meatballs

- 1 ½ lbs hamburger
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 14 oz bottle of ketchup
- 14 oz water
- ¾ cup brown sugar
Mix together hamburger, rice, onion, pepper, egg, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs.
Shape into balls and place in a large baking dish.
Mix ketchup with water and brown sugar.
Heat in a pan on top of stove until sugar dissolves, then pour over the meatballs.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
