Meringue for Pie
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs corn starch
- 1 Tbs cold water
- ½ cup hot water
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbs sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve corn starch in cold water.
- Pour into hot water and boil until clear. Cool completely.
- Beat the egg whites and sugar.
- Add the corn starch mixture.
