Ingredients 

  • 1 Tbs corn starch
  • 1 Tbs cold water
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 6 Tbs sugar

Instructions

  • Dissolve corn starch in cold water.
  • Pour into hot water and boil until clear. Cool completely.
  • Beat the egg whites and sugar.
  • Add the corn starch mixture.
