Oven Fried Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 potatoes medium sized
  • 3 Tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 dash Paprika
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese grated (or more to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Place cooking oil in medium size mixing bowl; add last five ingredients and mix well.
  • Peel potatoes and quarter lengthwise. Place in oil mixture and stir until all potatoes are well coated.
  • Place potatoes in single layer on greased cookie sheet. Bake in hot oven (approximately 425°) until potatoes are lightly browned and tender (usually 15 or 20 minutes, depending on oven).

Notes

I cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil to save clean up.
