Pasta Con Broccoli
Ingredients
- 8 oz large shell pasta
- 10 oz broccoli chopped (frozen or fresh)
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta and broccoli according to instructions.
- In separate pan, mix half & half, parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper; heat slowly, stirring frequently.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli to cheese mixture.
- Let set for a while over medium-low heat before serving.
