Pasta Con Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz large shell pasta
  • 10 oz broccoli chopped (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta and broccoli according to instructions.
  • In separate pan, mix half & half, parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper; heat slowly, stirring frequently.
  • Add cooked pasta and broccoli to cheese mixture.
  • Let set for a while over medium-low heat before serving.
