Pecan Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups sharp natural cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 Tbs chopped pimento
- 1 Tbs chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbs finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- dash red pepper
- dash salt
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese and cheddar; mix until blended.
- Add pimento, green pepper, onion, worcester-shire, lemon juice, and seasoning. Mix well and chill. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
