Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups sharp natural cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Tbs chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbs chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbs finely chopped onion
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • dash red pepper
  • dash salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Combine cream cheese and cheddar; mix until blended.
  • Add pimento, green pepper, onion, worcester-shire, lemon juice, and seasoning. Mix well and chill. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
