Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- pinch salt
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple NOT drained
Frosting
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all together. Pour in greased baking dish. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
Notes
I use half of the frosting recipe.
