Pineapple Cake

Ingredients 

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple NOT drained

Frosting

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all together. Pour in greased baking dish. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

Notes

I use half of the frosting recipe.
