Ritzy Chicken
Prevent your screen from going dark
- 8 cups cooked chicken breast cubed (6-8 breasts)
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 3 tablespoons butter
Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
Mix sour cream, soup, and mushrooms. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle mixture of cracker crumbs, celery seed, and poppy seed over soup mixture.
Melt butter and drizzle over cracker crumb mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
