Sally's Fudge Pie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ sticks margarine melted
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- ¾ cup flour
- 3 Tbs cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups pecans broken coarsely
Instructions
- Mix sugar and margarine.
- Stir in eggs, then flour and cocoa.
- Add vanilla, salt, and pecans.
- Grease pie plate and dust with flour.
- Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes. Don't overcook! (It's normal for the top to crack.)
- Top with whipping cream or ice cream.
