Scrambled Eggs, Hunter Style
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp margarine
- 1 large potato diced (do not peel)
- ¼ cup onion diced
- ¾ cup ham diced
- 6 eggs beaten
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¾ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- ½ cup cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Melt the margarine in skillet. Saute the potato, onion, and ham until tender.
- Add seasonings and milk to beaten eggs.
- Pour mixture in skillet with vegetables. Stir from bottom until eggs begin to firm and brown.
- Add cheddar cheese and continue stirring until cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
