Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium size potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 large onion cut fine
  • ½ cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can red beans
  • 1 ½ lbs hamburger
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Grease 3 quart casserole.
  • Put potatoes on bottom, then onion, then uncooked rice, then red beans, then raw hamburger.
  • Mix together the soups and water and pour over the hamburger.
  • Bake at 325° uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.
