uncooked rice

red beans

hamburger

tomato soup

cream of mushroom soup

water
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Grease 3 quart casserole.
Put potatoes on bottom, then onion, then uncooked rice, then red beans, then raw hamburger.
Mix together the soups and water and pour over the hamburger.
Bake at 325° uncovered for 2 1/2 hours.
