Slush with a Punch
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sugar
- 7 cups water
- 12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate thawed and undiluted
- 12 oz frozen orange juice concentrate thawed and undiluted
- 6 oz frozen pineapple juice concentrate thawed and undiluted
- 1 to 1 ½ cups coconut liqueur
- 5 to 6 cups lemon-lime carbonated beverage chilled
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool.
- Add concentrates and liqueur, stirring well.
- Pour mixture into a large container, and freeze.
- To serve, spoon about 1 cup slush mixture into a glass. Add 1/2 cup lemon-lime beverage, stirring until slushy.
