Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 3 cups pepper jack cheese shredded
Instructions
- Melt butter and saute onion.
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
- Thaw spinach and drain. Add spinach to cream cheese mixture.
- Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Add onion and butter.
- Add 2 cups of the cheese. Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake at 350o for 20 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake until melted.
Notes
3/4 pound of pepper jack cheese shreds to slightly more than 3 cups.
