Ingredients

artichoke hearts

frozen chopped spinach

pepper jack cheese
shredded
Instructions
Melt butter and saute onion.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
Thaw spinach and drain. Add spinach to cream cheese mixture.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Add onion and butter.
Add 2 cups of the cheese. Spoon into baking dish.
Bake at 350
o
for 20 minutes. Add remaining cheese and bake until melted.
Notes
3/4 pound of pepper jack cheese shreds to slightly more than 3 cups.
