Sun-Dried Tomato and Mozzarella Bread

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ Tbs butter
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 Tbs sun-dried tomatoes diced
- 3 Tbs dry onion flakes
- 1 ½ tsp dried basil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 ½ Tbs dry milk
Instructions
- Heat water to 110°F. Place warm water in bread pan. Sprinkle with sugar, then the yeast. Allow the yeast to bloom for 10 minutes.
- Place remaining ingredients in the bread machine. Select the basic or white cycle – 2 pound loaf, light crust.
