Sun-Dried Tomato and Mozzarella Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ Tbs butter
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 Tbs sun-dried tomatoes diced
  • 3 Tbs dry onion flakes
  • 1 ½ tsp dried basil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 ½ Tbs dry milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat water to 110°F. Place warm water in bread pan. Sprinkle with sugar, then the yeast. Allow the yeast to bloom for 10 minutes.
  • Place remaining ingredients in the bread machine. Select the basic or white cycle – 2 pound loaf, light crust.
