Sun-Dried Tomato and Mozzarella Bread

- 1 ¼ cups water
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ Tbs butter
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 Tbs sun-dried tomatoes diced
- 3 Tbs dry onion flakes
- 1 ½ tsp dried basil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 ½ Tbs dry milk
Heat water to 110°F. Place warm water in bread pan. Sprinkle with sugar, then the yeast. Allow the yeast to bloom for 10 minutes.
Place remaining ingredients in the bread machine. Select the basic or white cycle - 2 pound loaf, light crust.
