Sun-Dried Tomato Rosemary Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbs water
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 ½ Tbs olive oil
- 2 ¼ cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 3 Tbs sun-dried tomatoes diced
- 3 tsp fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat water to 100°F. Add sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Place remaining ingredients in bread machine. Select the basic or white cycle.
Notes
Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf
