Sun-Dried Tomato Rosemary Bread

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 ½ Tbs olive oil
  • 2 ¼ cups bread flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 3 Tbs sun-dried tomatoes diced
  • 3 tsp fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Heat water to 100°F. Add sugar, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Place remaining ingredients in bread machine. Select the basic or white cycle.

Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf
