Union Station Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ½ cups oats powdered in blender
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 4 oz Hershey's chocolate bar melted
- 1 ½ cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix flour, oats, salt, and baking powder. Mix creamed and dry ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips, melted chocolate and nuts.
- Place golf ball sized dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 3750 for 8 minutes.
- Makes 5-6 dozen.
