Ingredients 

  • 4 cups tart apples peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • cup butter

Instructions

  • Place apple slices in a pie pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
  • Spread flour mixture over mounded apple slices.
  • Bake 40 minutes at 375°F. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
