Aunt Lulu's Meat Loaf

Ingredients 

  • 2 onions (medium)
  • 2 stalks celery with leaves
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 ½ cups bread or cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Accent
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ pound sausage
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce.  Put in well-greased loaf pan.  Bake one hour in 350o oven.
  • Pour tomato sauce over top and bake another 15 minutes.

Notes

Very good with baked potatoes.
